ANSWER:   Click the Forgot Password link and enter your email address (the same address you used when you registered). The system will send you a new password.  If you don't receive this notification, check your external SPAM filter and set emails from myUSAi as "Not SPAM".

If you want to create a new password, just login with your username and current password, and navigate to the Members page. Then click the "Edit Details" tab and create one.

I Forgot my Username, What Do I Do?

ANSWER:   Click on the Contact Us link and send us the email address you used when you registered with myUSAi. We will send you the username associated with that email. This email must match the email address you are using. In some cases your username is your email address.

How Do I Enter the 2010 Green Card Lottery (DV-2012) FREE with myUSAi?

ANSWER: The open registration for the 2010 lottery has not been announced by the U.S. State Department. It will likely run from approximately October 1, 2010 until November 30, 2010. Registration is FREE. You cannot enter before or after those dates. Do NOT wait until the last week to enter.

If you have not already completed your Member Profile, Join myUSAi, and then say YES to "I want to be entered in the U.S. Green Card Lottery for FREE" at the the bottom of your Profile page.

If you have filled out your Profile, just access the Members page, click the Profile tab, then Edit Profile and scroll the to the bottom and say YES to "I want to be entered in the U.S. Green Card Lottery for FREE". That's it!

How Do I Find Friends at myUSAi?

ANSWER:   Login with your username and password. Then navigate to the Members page. Then click on the "Search" tab or the "Advanced Search" tab. Fill out your search criteria, such as birth country equal Iran. Then press the "Search" button.

Do You Accept Paper Photos and Printed Green Card Lottery Applications?

ANSWER:   No, myUSAi no longer accepts hardcopy applications with regular (printed) photographs for entry in the electronic diversity visa lottery.  This process was too labor intensive and our resources too limited. If you need a full service lottery provider who accepts printed applications, we recommend you use one of the fee-based lottery services recommended in Reviews by myGreencard.com. Do NOT use a poorly rated service.

When will the 2010 Edition of "Win the Green Card Lottery!" be Available?

ANSWER:  The 2010 edition will be available in August, 2010. For a full description, please visit myGreencard.com's Table of Contents page.  Remember, do not rely on information in past editions, since the State Department changes qualifying information and registration dates each year.  Buy NOW!
