USAi strives to provide you with as much free help and information as possible on the many aspects of U.S. Immigration.   As an added service, we have arranged for those with urgent questions to talk live with a U.S. Immigration Lawyer by phone.

The small fee for this service pays for the lawyer’s time, at a rate far below that which is ordinarily charged for attorney consultations.  USAi does not profit from this fee.   Get the legal help you need, when you need it.   If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation, there is no charge.

Here is how it works:

Low Fees: There is no charge for the first 5 minutes of consultation.  After that a fee of $4 per minute is applied.  You will be charged only for the actual time spent in consultation with an attorney.   For example, a typical 15 minute consultation costs $40.  If you retain the attorney to represent you – all consultation charges will be credited and deducted from your fee for legal services.

Safe Easy Payment: Your call will be answered by a law office receptionist who will take your basic information and arrange for secure payment.  To be connected to an Attorney fast, please have a credit card ready –Visa, Master Charge or Discover.   Other forms of payment, including Pay Pal, Western Union or Check. may be arranged in advance of a consultation.

About your Lawyer: You will talk with a licensed United States Attorney who specializes in U.S. Immigration,  an experienced expert who is well qualified to advise, consult or represent you in any Immigration matter either in the U.S.A. or at any U.S. Consulate or Embassy in the world.  Attorneys are members in good standing in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Important: Consultations are solely for the purpose of obtaining preliminary recommendations from an attorney in order to decide whether to retain counsel and/or to pursue a course of action in a U.S. immigrant or non-immigrant matter. Any information discussed or disclosed by you will be held in the strictest confidence.  There is no obligation or costs other than the stated fee for a consultation, however, you will not be represented by the attorney and no attorney-client relationship shall be deemed established unless and until a signed written agreement for legal services is entered into.  Any opinions, advice or recommendations expressed by the attorney during a consultation are strictly the consulting attorney’s opinions at the time based upon such information as may be made available during the interview and are not to be acted on or relied upon as legal advice unless an attorney-client relationship is established by contract.  Such opinions may change given additional information, research or further reflection.   Different attorneys may form different opinions or conclusions given identical information.   We strongly recommend that you retain an attorney before acting on any legal matter.
