Every user who invites someone to join USAi (the “Invitor”) by using the Invite-A-Friend page at http://myusai.com/invitation/invitation.html and every new member who registers and logs in at www.myUSAi.com (the “Invitee”) will be automatically entered. By joining and/or inviting someone to join USAi you are entered in the contest. You need do nothing else. Access the The United States Association of Immigrants Website at www.myUSAi.org anytime after 12:01 a.m. (PT) on 3/1/07. Follow on-screen instructions to register, log-in and/or to invite-a-friend. Membership will be valid from the day entered forward. This contest will expire when 1 million members have joined USAi. WINNER SELECTION: The Prizes will be awarded to those who complete the registration and log-in process and to those who invited them and who meet the pre-established numerical rankings as determined by the USAi staff according to data records. If a new member joined who was not invited, he or she will win the entire cash prize. If a new member who wins was invited, the prize will be split between the new member and the person who invited him or her.
