If you're married to a native of an eligible country you can claim eligibility through your spouse. The only other exception is a pretty obscure one, that is if your parents are both from an eligible country and you were born while they were non-residents in an ineligible country. Otherwise there really are no exceptions. You should look into other ways to immigrate to the U.S., of which there are many on this site.
